TOP DOG: 

This program is for someone with fitness knowledge,  but wants to progress further into their goals.

This program includes: 

  • Accountability

  • Monthly check in's (Remote/in person)

  • 1-1 Personal training with coach 

  • Video Demos of Exercise

  • Customized workout programs

  • Weekly Nutrition guidance

  • Healthy Recipes 

  • Fitness Tips

NUTRITION:

Physical Training and Nutrition go hand in hand. Nutrition is an important part of physical training. A comprehensive nutrition plan is a major key to long term health and fitness. A customized nutrition plan tailored to each individual's body composition. As your Nutrition coach, we will work together to better your nutrition lifestyle and design a flexible, enjoyable guide that's right for you to achieve your desired goals. 

Nutrition Package Services  starting at $75. Services include:

Review of supplements, Dinning out, Meal prepping, Grocery shopping and on-going nutrition guidance.

General Nutrition

 

Package 2:

8 Week customized meal prep, bi weekly check Ins 

Package 3:

10 Week Customized meal prep

accountability calls/text, bi weekly check ins

Package 4:

12 week customized meal plan, grocery shopping, meal prep assistance, & daily accountability calls / text

 

 Ongoing Nutrition guidance. 

SENIOR FITNESS

This is a program for seniors, ages 60 and up. Health assessment will be completed prior to the start of training.

This program includes:

  • In home or preferred facility training

  • 3x a week training with coach
